Free support includes access to our online knowledge base and email support for holders of the current version of Able2Extract.
Our knowledge base contains a wide range of helpful articles, covering topics such as licensing, upgrades, error messages, and conversion issues. It’s regularly updated with new solutions to common technical problems and FAQs.
Note that free support queries are typically addressed after queries from premium support plan subscribers.
The Software Advantage Plan is a premium (paid) annual support subscription designed to help you get the most out of your investment in Able2Extract Professional.
Premium support is ideal for individual and business users who require priority access to our support teams and expedited software maintenance, including compatibility updates and security patches.
As a subscriber, you can benefit from a one-on-one approach with our customer and technical support teams. By purchasing a premium support subscription, you get:
