Investintech.com by Apryse wants to ensure you are happy with the products you purchase. As such, if you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact us and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation in a manner that is satisfying to you.
Product Refund Policy
30-Day Licenses
Within 72 hours of purchase, Investintech.com will accept the return of any of its 30-day licensed products from our online store for a full refund.
To request a refund, please email support@apryse.com with:
- Your invoice number.
- The name of the product you purchased that you are returning.
- The specific reason for the return.
Upon receipt of your e-mail requesting the refund, we will email you a “Letter of Software Destruction” to complete and return to us. Once we have received the signed letter by email, we will issue the refund in the same method as the purchase. Please note that some credit cards may not reflect the refund on your credit card for up to 30 days.
Full Licenses
Within 14 days of purchase, Investintech.com will accept the return of any of its fully licensed products from our online store for a full refund.
