It can be used in the <\/span><b>Edit mode<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, under the <\/span><b>Pages<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> section by clicking on the \u201c<\/span><b>Insert\u2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d button.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to Edit PDF Forms<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to edit an interactive PDF form, open it in Able2Extract, go into <\/span><b>Edit mode<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and click on the <\/span><b>PDF Form Editor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab. You can then change the properties of the existing form fields, delete them, or add new ones, as explained above.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-interactive forms can be turned into interactive ones by replacing ordinary lines and lists with their interactive counterparts. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How to Fill PDF Forms<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Able2Extract Professional 12 is also a PDF form filler. Once a form (which was previously saved locally to your computer) is opened, the software will automatically detect any interactive elements it contains.
