My document converts just fine on my machine but when I email it as an attachment the formatting gets all messes up. My email client is outlook 2003 and the person I am emailing to is also using Outlook 2003.

The receiver is most likely viewing the attachment with pages in the thumbnail view format. Please ask them to save the attachment (i.e. Word doc) to their computer and open the document from where it is saved.
