One piece of news Google announced this week is that they’re pooling together the free storage space it already offers for Google Drive, Gmail and Google + Photos. Before this change up, free storage was divided up with 5 GB slotted for Google Drive and Google+ Photos, and 10 GB for Gmail (emails and attachments included).

Now all three Google products will be taking their storage resources from that 15 GB to store your data, whether you upload a 3 MB PDF file on Google Drive or receive a 256 KB attachment in your Gmail inbox.

You can expect to see these changes rolling out over the next few weeks. But in light of this major news, it might be a good time to re-assess your new storage space.

With even more space to play around with, you may find yourself with more space than you know what to do with. Well, here’s your chance and a few tips to make the most out of the extra gigabytes you couldn’t use before.

Move Cloud-Stored Files to Google Drive

This is obviously the first place to start. Like me, you’re probably a heavy Google Drive user. If so, they you more than likely opened up another cloud storage account because you were afraid that you would run out of space on Google Drive. Well, it’s high time to unite all your cloud-stored content together.

Think it’ll be a hassle? It won’t. Try Mover.io. This app will let you shift your cloud content from one service to the other. Signing up for an account will allow you to move files between different cloud accounts right on the web. Specify both the source and destination services, along with directories and files, and in a few clicks, you can move your cloud files over to Google Drive.

Stream Your Music From Google Drive

Ever hate how you never have enough space for all your favourite songs? With the pooled storage space, however, no doubt you’ll try to upload as many as you can possibly fit onto your Google Drive. But what good is it if you can’t listen to them directly?

Tunebanda is a great Chrome app that will take your Google Drive music collection to the next level by letting you stream the songs you’ve uploaded. Arrange your music into playlists, filter your music collections and access your library in an intuitive layout. Music fanatics will certainly want to check this one out.

Store And Edit Videos Online

Now that you’ve got your music covered, what about those videos? One great thing about 15 GB of space is that you no longer have to worry about finding a way to share and host huge video files.

Believe it or not, you can edit a video project while keeping everything stored in Google Drive. All it takes is Magisto, a Chrome app that works with videos uploaded to your Google Drive. Edit, add music, and customize your video. You can then share them across the web.

Automate Tasks With Google Drive

We had a post a week ago about automating tasks with IFTTT.com. Most of these tasks can be automated to work with Google Drive. For tasks that require saving web pages, creating databases, or backing up blog posts, you can create and automate any of a dozen recipes that involve Google Drive. Having the extra space will allow you to automate on the go without worrying if you need to turn your recipe off or not.

Save Web Content With Google’s “Save To Drive” Button

Use your extra Google Drive storage as a bookmarking repository. In addition to Google’s news about its free storage, Google Developers released a Save to Drive button just last week. The idea is geared towards the web surfer looking to bookmark pages and content as they go along.

Once website owners set this button up with posts and content on their site, you can click on it to save that content directly to Google Drive rather than your computer. This new development is just starting out. So keep an eye out for it on your favourite website, and you can bookmark as much as your Drive can handle!

Send Gmail Attachments To The Cloud

Because 5GB of your free storage was locked down to Gmail, you probably just let the emails and attachments accumulate. But now that it’s freed up, you may want to start allocating some of those extra gigabytes for large files.

To cut down on the amount of space slotted to attachments within your Gmail inbox, set up your incoming Gmail with Attachments.me. This service will let you send any attachments you receive to another cloud service, leaving you to take advantage of the extra space for either Google Drive or Google photos.

Got any plans for your 15 GB? Share them in the comments.

No matter how you decide to celebrate Mother’s Day this year, there will always be one thing you’ll give your mother without fail: your Happy Mother’s Day greeting message.

Yet, however you send it to your mother online, whether it’s in an email, an e-card, or posting up a simple “Happy Mother’s Day” message on her Facebook page, it just doesn’t seem enough. Ever think that it could use a personal touch? That it could be made even more special?

Why not take your Mother’s Day message to the next level this year? Make sure it’s a special day with a message specially crafted for her. Here are a few ideas to jazz up your Happy Mother’s Day greeting with a few tips and tools.

1. Digital Photo Albums

Sometimes the best gift you can give is a collection of good moments, and a Mother’s Day Album is a great way of getting them into one single package. When creating it, try getting a good collection of photos over the year since last year’s Mother’s Day. Each year is unique and with it you’ll want to capture the best moments and memories of each one.

Tools: jAlbum, Photobucket, Flickr

Tip: Since albums are ultimately a collection of captured moments, an album collecting different facets of your mother as a person is a great way to show your appreciation for the person she is. For this, create one that has multiple sections. Within each section, designate a category like “mother,” “best friend,” or even “super hero.” Then include photos that show her in different moments, representing those traits throughout the year.

2. Photo Collages

We’ve all had those moments we wish we had kept in a bottle, and surely your mother has had them too. Photo collages can be a perfect way to “bottle” those moments up. The best part about collages is that you can be as artistically creative with them as you’d like. Add pictures not normally associated with each other or arrange them in different patterns. See where the collage takes you!

Tools: Fotor, PhotoCollage, Photovisi

Tip: In your collage, mix in images that you associate with those moments, whether it’s a picture that sets a mood or one that evokes a special meaning to you both. It’s a visually challenging project, but an effective one that doesn’t need words to get your message across.

3. Word Clouds

Just like a collage, word clouds can express your Mother’s Day message with a visual mash up of ideas. This is perfect as a family project as every member can contribute their own words as well. Online word cloud generators are flexible enough to work with websites, documents, and text. In most cases, you can even tailor the shape of your word cloud.

Tools: Wordle, WordItOut.com, Tagxedo

Tip: Fit in words that pertain not just to your mother, but to your relationship as well. For instance, adding nicknames or places that are special to you both will add a nice touch to remembering the memorable tidbits in your lives.

4. Audio Recordings

A simple post that states “Happy Mother’s Day” just isn’t enough. And let’s face it. A written message doesn’t have the same authenticity or weight than a real live voice. Hearing those words from the mouths of loved ones themselves is priceless. So why not make an audio recording of your Mother’s Day greeting? Add sound effects, special messages or even make a song out of your Mother’s Day greeting.

Tools: Apowersoft, StoryPress, Chirbit

Tip: Ever hear of that TV show “This is Your Life”? This is a perfect opportunity to replicate that same spotlight on your own mother in audio format. Record every family member’s anecdotes which involve your mother. Then put it all together. The result? Your mother gets to hear some great memories from the people who matter the most.

5. Multimedia Presentations

Who says presentations are only for professional purposes? Make a presentation listing all the great things about your mother. This is a more flexible greeting format as you can decide how you want it to look, what you want it to contain and which sorts of media to add—images, audio, text, and even video.

Tools: Prezi, MS PowerPoint, GoogleDocs Slides, Empressr

Tips: Don’t forget that you can also set up presentations as a slideshow. As such, try formatting the presentation as a narrative so it can simply play and take your mother through it. She can watch her mother’s day gift like it’s movie night at home.

Though the Internet has already made everything from banking to publishing only a matter of clicks, we tend to approach tasks with the notion that there’s always a faster, more efficient way of getting things done.

As web surfers and Internet workers, we have daily chores that can eat up valuable time. We’re constantly toggling between email, networks and web apps, posting up links, updating networks, or uploading files to multiple sites. Wouldn’t it be great if you didn’t have to worry about those tasks?

One DIY web service, IFTTT.com—If This Then That, is one step towards making that possible. This handy service will, as its slogan suggests, put the Internet to work for you.

Setting Up An IFTTT Recipe

The concept behind the site is simple. It lets you connect and then automate 61 popular services and web tools to perform a specific task. Because you can use these tools or “channels” in different combinations, you can set up an automated task for almost anything.

IFTTT does this by placing popular channels right at your fingertips. Using a click-to-customize approach, you can create a formula or “recipe” by selecting your services and customizing the functionality you need.

For example, when you select a trigger (“if this”)—say, if a new photo is uploaded to your Dropbox folder, you can then connect it to another channel to automatically carry out a specific action (“then that”) –like tweeting that same photo from your Twitter account.

5 Awesome IFTTT Recipes To Check Out

Test it out for yourself. Start by setting up an account on IFTTT.com. You can then browse through other recipes or jump right in and follow the steps to create your own. With the variety of channels and actions you can thread together, it’s easy to see how IFTTT can come in handy.

There are already a ton of helpful user-generated recipes that are shared on the site. Below are a few shared recipes worth checking out.

1. Anyone performing a Craigslist search can use this IFTTT recipe to get an email notification if anything fitting a certain description is posted to Craigslist.

2. To keep your financial spreadsheets updated on GoogleDocs, you can set up this recipe to add a row to a spreadsheet in Google Drive whenever you receive a receipt or invoice in Gmail in 2013.

3. Auto save Instagram photos to Evernote in a running diary log—the perfect recipe for photo snappers on the go.

4. Linking WordPress and GoogleDrive with IFTTT, bloggers can automatically backup new WordPress posts to Google Drive.

5. For social media addicts who love to constantly switch up their profile photos, IFTTT can be used to update your Twitter profile picture when you change your Facebook profile photo.

Getting ideas for your own recipe? Try it out. With careful planning and strategic recipes in place, you can get your internet tasks done without lifting a finger.

Right now, open source is on the rise, and adding to the already growing list of Ubuntu supporters is China. Canonical, the company behind Ubuntu, has been collaborating with the Chinese government to develop a standardized operating system known as Ubuntu Kylin, which will be released later this week on Thursday.

Ubuntu already offers a Chinese Edition of the OS, but Ubuntu Kylin will be a new version significantly aimed at supporting how Chinese people work on computers. Among other things, it will integrate pre-installed localized tools, offering easy access to web services and software they commonly use right from the Dash.

This is great news for the open source community and Chinese users looking for alternatives they can start using effortlessly. If this latest development has you wanting to find out more about Ubuntu before the big day arrives, this is certainly a perfect time to test it out.

The tax season is almost nearing to an end, and now that you have your taxes filed—or near to it for all you last minute filers, you may be sweeping everything tax-related under the rug until the next tax season rolls around. But before you do, we wanted to give you a few last minute suggestions to make next year’s tax return even smoother than this year’s.

1. Keep Essential Records

In the midst of getting things ready for your taxes, did you miss out on any credit opportunities due to lack of documentation? Should anything happen to the necessary paper receipts over the year, you could lose out big time. For instance, if you’re filing for a home energy tax credit, you should keep the receipts on related purchases like insulation for more than a year.

Invest in a doc scanning app like Shoeboxed, Genius Scan or DocScannerApp which can be easily downloaded on your phone. This is perfect for when you’ve just made a qualifying purchase. Apps like the ones mentioned can instantly scan and export those newly created files to wherever you need them.

2. Get Your Forms Organized

The next step is to keep all those digital files and forms in one handy place. Keep all the necessary documents and records you need each year and save them in the PDF format. This includes your already filed tax returns and the forms that you used to fill out your tax return. Note that the IRS can audit returns filed for the previous 3 years from the date you filed them. Moreover, if you made a mistake on your tax return, you can expect to wait anywhere from 2-3 months for a tax amendment to be processed. So keep all forms in one place. Get them into an app you can use specifically for this purpose. PDF document managers such as Mendeley, Zotero, and Quiqqa are just a few dedicated file managers will go above and beyond your needs. They can easily tag and categorize your files. This will put all the necessary records at your fingertips if you need the documents to back up your claim.

3. Keep A Research Folder

Another good thing to do is keep an on-going research folder. Being informed is the best strategy to have when your income is at stake. There are many fine print details that are often overlooked. With the Internet making it super easy to make money online, for example, you can easily miss the things you have to pay taxes on. This may apply to you if you’re a blogger, an ebay seller, a Bitcoin holder or have a hobby that generates income. To make it easier for you next year, start keeping track now. Record the odds and ends of any endeavor you pursue which starts to earn you some income. When collecting information on tax policies, bookmark your sources and follow authoritative tax and or accounting sites. And this is where tools especially made for note-taking and web clipping will come in handy.

If you set up a good system, you don’t have to go blind trying to scour the web or your computer for resources. So don’t forget about your taxes just yet. Putting in a little effort now will pay off later and reduce the amount of stress when you need it most!

Using Excel is a great way to keep things organized during tax season. The popular spreadsheet program has advanced features that let you work with your financial data as accurately as possible.

And that’s important.

Half the battle for tax filers every year is making sure that the numbers on those tax forms are correct. The nitty-gritty calculations can be especially tedious if those numbers are generated from PDF conversions.

Fortunately, Able2Extract can refine the conversion process right down to the cell content. Honourably mentioned by AccountingToday.com, the PDF converter was recognized for its PDF to Excel spreadsheet conversion and aiding in auditor control. Now it’s time for you to get that same control over your taxes.

Introducing Able2Extract’s MS Excel Conversion Parameters

On top of the custom PDF to Excel conversion features you already know about, you can take advantage of conversion parameters to ensure that the converted PDF data falls in line with your tax spreadsheet analysis right from the start. The following options are located under View > Options…

Reposition The Minus Sign

In certain financial documents or reports, the minus sign symbol trails to the right of the number that it is associated with (e.g. “4,560-“ instead of “- 4,560”). Converting negative numbers where the minus sign trails to the right of the number can cause the resulting conversion to Excel to place these numbers as text, rather than numbers. Move those trailing minus signs to the beginning of the number by selecting the Trailing Minus Sign Treatment. This will prevent it from being converted to textual items in Excel.

Keep The Dollar Sign Separate

Certain financial documents may contain dollar signs. Unfortunately, sometimes the dollar sign ($) creates a challenge in the way the program interprets column structure. Thus, the default is to meld the dollar sign into the same column as the number next to it.

But if you wish to retain the dollar sign in its own separate column, check the Retain Dollar Sign as Separate Symbol option before converting. Excel will treat the sign in the column as text.

Work With European Numeric Formatting

There are cases where some countries use European number formatting (1.234.567,89 vs. the North American equivalent written out as 1 234 567.89). However, PDF data in this format may be incompatible with your auditing tools or with some region specific versions of Excel.

You can change this easily with Able2Extract 8. By selecting the European Continental Settings option, you can convert documents that adopt the decimal comma and “period” thousand separators to Excel formatted numbers correctly.

Display Your Data Differently

Sometimes you may need tabular data displayed differently to focus on specific areas. For example, you may want to interpret data in terms of weekly revenue rather than by product.

To transpose the data and move the data in columns to rows and the data in rows to columns, use the Enable Table Unfolding option. When selected, Able2Extract will generate output from a PDF in column structure to Excel in row structure or vice versa.

Rotate Text into Excel

With pesky PDFs you may come across text in a table that has been rotated in a certain direction which would pose a problem for existing formatted Excel spreadsheets. Checking the Rotate Text into Excel box in the options menu will convert the rotated text into Excel upon conversion.

Just keeping a few of these options in mind can greatly lower the amount of stress you’re already going through with tax season. After all, it’s the simplest adjustments that can mean the difference between getting severely audited and getting a healthy tax return.

As you may know, Google Keep has gotten a mixed reception lately. After Google recently put an end to its Google Reader, the skepticism is understandable. Should users invest in another Google app that may have an even shorter shelf life?

After years of careful curation on a regular basis, Google Reader users will need to establish a new routine with a new RSS tool. And switching over to Google Keep implies the same personal adjustment.

We generally choose an app because it suits our preferences and working style. Our choice is based on features that help us work efficiently. And if you think about it, our app of choice also reveals a lot about our personalities as workers. Will Google Keep alter that?

Thus, in light of the buzz Google Keep has been generating, we put together a light-hearted (and in no way scientific) look at some digital web worker psychology.

What do 6 popular web clipping and note taking apps say about you?

1. Using Evernote Says. . . You’re Efficient

Evernote is the 800 pound gorilla of web clippers and productivity. Users familiar with Evernote know that it’s a swiss army knife with its trunk of apps that lets you easily extend its functionality. As such, people using Evernote tend to be efficient and focused on killing two birds with one stone. If there’s an idea to print up, a feed to bookmark, a note to scan in—no problem! There’s an app for that and you can use it with Evernote.

2. Using OneNote Says. . . You Love To Think Outside The Box

With One Note, you may find a lot of right-brained workers who are creative, like to embrace new ideas, and are open minded. If you’ve seen OneNote, then you know that the application gives you a blank canvas to jot things down, letting you create a collage out of your web research. You can pin down and paste in images and text wherever you wish. OneNote users have the flexibility of mapping things out freely and within their own structure.

3. Using A.nnotate Says. . . You’re A Conscientious Worker

A.nnotate is geared towards the review process, allowing users to include notes, mark up, and highlights to web pages and documents. From a simple overview, it’s obvious that its users are careful and critical readers who pay close attention to details, which usually means high quality, accurate work. Though such detailed revisions may seem like the hallmark of a perfectionist, it showcases the personality of a reliable worker who won’t miss a thing!

4. Using Springpad Says. . . You’re Visually Organized

Similar in nature to Pinterest, Springpad is great for uploading and keeping an organized collection of web links in appropriate formats and notebooks. It’s easy to see that Springpad users tend to be highly visual people, identifying and labeling web research with images. They like being organized and love the idea of categorization. And with Springpad’s interface, it’s easy to surmise that, when it comes to major projects, they love to keep their eye on the bigger picture.

5. Using Catch Says . . . You Like To Get Things Done

You probably love to make lists. Yet whether or not you love to put those lists into action is a different matter. An app can only store them. People who use Catch, though, don’t have that problem. These app users love to follow through on their lists. Users can set alarms that will actively remind them of their notes, projects and goals. Reading how Catch can help keep your New Year’s resolution on track is enough to make you realize that these app users mean business!

6. Using Diigo Says. . . You’re A Skilled Researcher

Indeed, Diigo‘s features are highly specialized for web researching and online notes. People who use this app tend to be skilled web surfers and researchers. Diigo’s features give users the flexibility to work with web research and stay organized online. These users will generally be analyzing research and spending large chunks of time e-reading, collecting information and sifting through web pages. So don’t be fooled if it looks like Diigo users are wasting time online. They’re not.

Using Google Keep Says. . . . ?

Fill in the blank! If you’ve started using Google Keep, let us know what it reveals about your working personality.

So what does your app say about you? No doubt, you’ll have a good mixture of these traits. Hopefully, this will get you thinking a bit about your working habits and perhaps make a smoother switch from one productivity app to another.

In the world of mobile devices, usage falls into 2 main categories: personal and professional use. Thanks to the wide spread nature of mobile devices, the defining line between the two is getting blurred.

Having a device dedicated for work is no longer necessary. We instinctually pull out our smartphone or tablet to email a colleague or review a file while on the commute home. And with the help of cloud services and online sharing services, you can access your work from anywhere.

Yet whether you know it or not, using personal mobile technology for professional use is affecting workplaces on a large scale. How? Here’s a general look at what you need to know about this rapidly growing trend how it could potentially change the way you work.

What is BYOD?

BYOD or “Bring Your Own Device,” is exactly what it sounds like—bringing in your own device to the workplace. Thanks to laptops, smartphones and tablets, BYOD is a trend everyone is already taking part in. No doubt you’ve taken your mobile device to work, and have probably even taken it a step further by accessing your company’s networks and systems. Well, that’s the BYOD trend in a nutshell.

However, because these are employee-owned devices, businesses that support this trend need to develop regulations to accommodate them. Currently, there are companies like TrendMicro and Unisys, working to help develop BYOD strategies to make it easy for all parties to access and interact with company databases and servers safely.

Although as popular as it is to work “on-the-go,” BYOD is still a widely debated topic in data intense work environments.

The Pros & Cons of BYOD

Off the top, there are advantages which businesses and employees can gain . You can work anywhere, any time. The hardware is affordable, accessible and you can download any app you need.

Combine that with company resources and IT workflows and your device becomes your most powerful productivity tool. It’s a dream for users who value productivity over location. Added benefits for adopting BYOD include:

Increases productivity; faster response rates

Companies save money on purchasing hardware

The choice of system and device is up to the employee

Flexible work hours; employees can work from home

Direct access to company resources and systems (no need for third party services)

A variety of apps can be used or integrated into workflows (document processing apps)

Yet, organizations are slow to adopt BYOD as a regular business practice. Mobile device management is a major concern for IT managers. For example, changes in mobile platform or device are crucial.

Whether it be Microsoft ending mainstream support for Windows Phone 8 or the critical release of RIM’s BlackBerry 10 platform, how does IT provide adequate support and security for all individual users?

Other issues keeping companies from integrating the BYOD model:

Lack of consistency in the quality of apps

Compatibility issues between apps and colleagues

Data breaches

Liability for devices if lost or hacked

Difficult for IT to maintain control over files and data being shared

Hardware and software support (power requirements, memory storage)

Employees invest their own resources to buy new devices and apps

BYOD: Stats at a Glance

Is your company looking to jump on the BYOD bandwagon? Here’s a visual look at where the BYOD trend stands so far. Where do you and your company fall on this infographic?:

Overall, it’s good to have a sense of the issues surrounding BYOD and what to expect. If your company is going BYOD, get the 411 on the regulations and policies they have in place.

Unfortunately, after 6 years of delivering you instant updates for all your favourite sites, Google Reader is being discontinued. If you haven’t heard the news, Google Reader will no longer be available after July 1, 2013.

Needless to say, dedicated users now need to find a Google Reader alternative. Making any switch is never easy, especially if you’re heavily dependent on Google’s news aggregator. But it is manageable.

However, all of the RSS feeds you’ve accumulated and followed over the years are a priority now. By July 1st, if you haven’t found a new feed reader, you’re in danger of losing them if you don’t properly export or save them.

If you’re looking to begin the transition now, it’s a good idea to start exporting your feeds and using them to test out other news aggregators. You should also consider going a step further and saving those feeds in an Excel spreadsheet.

Transferring your RSS feeds to Excel is a great way to keep track, reclaim and record all of your favourite web feeds in one place. Moreover, using an Excel spreadsheet is a dead simple way of creating a database you can use for future reference. This way you’ll always have a copy of your feeds regardless of the RSS reader you use.

How To Export Your Google Reader Feeds

To export your Reader Feeds, follow these steps:

1. While signed into your Google account, go to Google Takeout

2. Click on Choose services and select Reader. Google will immediately begin preparing an archive

3. Once your progress hits 100%, click on Create Archive. Your archive may take a while depending on the amount of feeds you have.

4. Once it’s done, click on Download to create a zip file of your RSS feeds. Then save the file to your computer (you may want to extract the files from the ZIP folder).

Importing RSS Feeds Into Microsoft Excel

Once you have the file downloaded onto your computer, you’re ready to import your feeds into Excel. Here’s how:

1. Open Microsoft Excel and go to the Data Tab and click on From Other Sources

2. Select From XML Data Import

3. Select and open your Subscriptions XML file from the ZIP Archive you exported earlier.

You may get a dialog box stating “The specified XML source does not refer to a schema. Excel will create a schema based on the XML source data.” Click on OK

4. In the following Import Data dialog, click OK to put the XML table in existing worksheet.

And that’s it. Microsoft Excel will then populate the spreadsheet with your subscription data. Don’t forget to save the Excel spreadsheet to your computer.

Your feeds will be organized into a neat spreadsheet table with all the necessary data on the blogs you follow at your fingertips. Moreover, having Excel’s editing tools at your disposal will let you manipulate and use the feed data as needed.

So give this a try and gain peace of mind knowing that your daily feeds won’t get lost in the transition!

Now that you have a way to freely convert as many documents as you want with our mobile PDF converter apps, you may be dependent upon your cloud drive accounts for storage. Having multiple accounts can be really handy if you constantly work with digital documents via smartphone or tablet.

And it’s no wonder. Unlike your mobile hard drive and micro SD cards, having a cloud account can easily hook you up with free gigabytes of storage, sync easily across different operating systems, and like email addresses, can be used for different purposes to keep your files organized, whatever they may be intended for.

Because Able2Extract mobile lets you create and convert PDFs without limit, you might find yourself bombarded with a long list of converted files. Naturally, you’ll want to pass those files across your cloud accounts.

But if you hate the hassle of logging in to those cloud drives separately, you may be interested in RainbowDrive.

What Is Rainbow Drive?

RainbowDrive is the TweetDeck of cloud storage. This new service can connect all of your cloud drives together and let you offload your mobile converted docs into different accounts from one single interface.

It works with the most popular cloud services–Dropbox, SkyDrive and Google Drive. With accounts set up on those sites, you can use RainbowDrive to upload, download, delete, and share files across all account and access them from different devices. In addition, RainbowDrive will let you auto-categorize your files, easily browse files via thumbnails, and search across all accounts.

One thing you’ll love about RainbowDrive is that it allows support for multiple instances for each cloud storage service. Meaning that if you’re like me with more than one Gmail ID and hence, more than one Google Drive account, you can access them all at once–something which, from my experience, you can’t do on your desktop.

Using RainbowDrive With Able2Extract Mobile PDF Converter

The best part about having RainbowDrive on your mobile device is that it ties in perfectly with files that have been converted with Able2Extract Mobile. You can easily upload the converted files from your Able2Extract Mobile list to your drives. Doing so will give you a good chance to delete the converted documents from the file list and keep your Able2Extract mobile conversion queue neat, clean and ready for other conversions.
