The Able2Doc PDF to Word Converter is here! Released on August 15, 2007, Able2Doc 4.0 has an improved set of Word output related features:
- Full compatibility with Microsoft Windows Vista and Office 2007.
- The new Able2Doc 4.0 has the ability to convert native PDF forms into MS Word forms so that users can now fill out and make changes to their forms in the familiar MS Word setting.
- Able2Doc 4.0 becomes the first converter software available anywhere to open, view and convert both PDF and XPS documents into MS Word within the same application. XPS stands for XML Paper Specification and is Microsoft’s new electronic paper format that many expect will be a new competitor for Adobe’s PDF.
- Able2Doc 4.0 has additional new minor features as well, including:
- Improved conversion output for even the most difficult PDF to Word conversions.
- A newly updated user interface.
- Improved PDF text rendering for an improved PDF viewing experience.
- Improved auto-recognition and conversion of pages with rotated text.
